摘要
目的探讨兔肝炎性假瘤的超声造影增强时相及回声变化规律。方法对10只实验兔采用弗氏完全佐剂+明胶海绵隧道注射法制造肝炎性假瘤模型,2周后经兔耳缘静脉团注超声造影剂SonoVue,应用低机械指数实时灰阶造影成像技术,实时观察炎性假瘤及周围正常肝组织的造影动态增强过程,并使用随机内置时间-强度曲线分析炎性假瘤及正常肝实质的造影始增时间、峰值时间、增强时间及始消时间。结果10只实验兔共种植炎性假瘤20个,造影前超声共检出结节15个。炎性假瘤造影增强时相变化与肝实质同步,两者造影始增时间、峰值时间、增强时间、始消时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论增生型少动脉血供兔肝炎性假瘤超声造影增强时相变化与肝实质同步。
Objective To analyse the hemodynamic transit phase time changes of hepatic inflammatory pseudoneoplasm (IPN) in rabbits using time-intensity curve on real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Methods IPN in 10 rabbits were formed by injected gelfoam with Freund’s complete adjuvant into the liver lobe. Two weeks later, 15 IPN lesions were observed with low mechanical index (MI) contrast tuned imaging (CnTI) technique with bolus injection of SonoVue via peripheral auricular vein. The real-time hymodynamic enhanced transit phase time of the IPN and the adjacent normal liver parenchyma were observed and the time-intensity curve equipped in the scanner were analysed. The corresponding parameters of the IPN and normal liver parenchyma such as time to enhanced (ET), time to peak intensity (PIT), time to ascent (AT) and time to lightening (LT) were measured on time-intensity curve. Results The enhanced features of the IPN showed the synchronously enhanced features with the surrounding liver tissue. There was not significant difference of ET, PIT, AT and LT between IPN in liver and parenchyma, P>0.05. Conclusions IPN showed the same wash in and wash out features as those of the parenchyma.
