经直肠超声引导下注射无水乙醇治疗前列腺增生的疗效观察 被引量:2

Efficacy of trans-rectal ultrasound guided anhydrous Ethanol injection into benign prostate hyperplastic glands

摘要 目的探讨经直肠超声引导下注射无水乙醇治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法对61例前列腺增生患者经直肠超声引导下行无水乙醇消融治疗,注射部位位于前列腺内腺,无水乙醇注入量根据内腺体积大小和药物在腺体内弥散的范围而定。结果61例患者均手术顺利,前列腺内腺注射无水乙醇2~19ml,平均(10.5±2.0)ml;治疗前47例憋尿后排尿膀胱残余尿>200ml,100ml≤憋尿后排尿膀胱残余尿≤200ml者14例,治疗后54例憋尿后排尿膀胱残余尿<100ml,5例膀胱残尿尿量≥100ml,但自述术后排尿等待时间较前明显缩短,共59例(96.7%)治疗有效。结论采用经直肠超声引导下注射无水乙醇治疗前列腺增生的方法简便、创伤小、痛苦小、效果满意。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a new approach for treatment of benigh prostate hyperplasia (BPH) with injection of Ethanol into the prostate guided by trans-rectal ultrasound (TRUS). Methods Ethanol was injected into the bilateral sites of prostale inner glands in 61 patients with BPH. The anhydrous Ethanol volume injected was based on the inner gland volume and drug diffusion in the inner glands. Results In 61 patients, 59(59/61) were efficient. The sucesessful rate was 96.7%. The amount of the Ethanol injected was 2-19 ml, with 10.5±2.0 ml routinely. Conclusions This approach is a simple but effective without pain method for BPH therapy.
