摘要
目的探讨不同剂量超声造影剂对正常育龄妇女子宫的造影效果并分析其变化特征,了解最佳造影剂用量。方法应用造影剂SonoVueTM和对比脉冲序列成像技术(CPS)对10例正常妇女子宫在4个剂量水平行造影成像检查,采用团注法注射超声造影剂,剂量分别为A组:0.003ml/kg、B组:0.006ml/kg、C组:0.009ml/kg、D组:0.012ml/kg;图像采集储存于MO盘中,应用软件Par-agonrelease(revision8.0)进行脱机分析和Statistics6.0统计软件进行伽玛函数拟和。根据拟和的曲线方程计算造影剂到达时间(AT)、达峰时间(PIT)、峰值强度(PI)、曲线下面积(AUC)、平均渡越时间(MTT)。各组所得数据用Statistics6.0统计软件进行配对t检验。结果AT与PIT值均随剂量增大而缩短,在各剂量组间其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PI、AUC和MTT值在剂量为0.003~0.009ml/kg之间时,随剂量增大而增加,两组测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在0.009~0.012ml/kg之间,PI、AUC和MTT值虽然也随剂量增大而增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声造影剂量影响子宫造影增强各参数,初步认为0.009ml/kg是正常子宫进行造影研究的最佳剂量。
Objective To study the relationship between doses of ultrasound contrast agent(UCA)and contrast-enhancement effects of gray-scale imaging in normal women uterus and to obtain quantitative analytic methods of UCA in normal uterus.Methods SonoVueTM in four different doses(A:0.003 ml/kg;B:0.006 ml/kg;C:0.009 ml/kg and D:0.012 ml/kg)was applied respectively to 10 normal women with intravenous bolus injection.The images were produced using the contrast pulse sequence(CPS)and saved in MO diskette.Then,the data from the images were obtained by offline software apparatus-Paragon release(revision 8.0)and the Gamma function was used to simulate the time-intensity curves by statistic methods(Statistica 6.0).Correspondent parameters from time-intensity curve including:arriving time(AT),time to peak intensity(PIT),peak signal intensity(PI),mean transit time(MTT)and area under the curve(AUC)were calculated by mathematic methods.Student's t-test was used to compare the difference of parameters in the 4 groups.Results The AT and PIT were increased along with the dosage range from 0.003 ml/kg to 0.012 ml/kg in the present study and significant differences(P<0.05)were observed among the 4 dosage groups.Also,the PI,MTT and AUC were increased along with the dosage from 0.003 ml/kg to 0.009 ml/kg and significant differences were found among these groups(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed from the doses of 0.009 ml/kg to 0.012 ml/kg,though PI,MTT and AUC were increased with doses in two dosage groups(A to C and B to C).Conclusions The parameters of time-intensity curves are affected intensively by different doses of UCA and the dose of 0.009 ml/kg appears to be the optimal dose for uterus perfusion according to our present results.
