摘要
国家公务员制度已经在我国初步确立起来,也取得了巨大的成效,但是也逐渐暴露出一些问题。这些问题既有制度本身的问题,也有一些是由于各种经济社会政治条件的制约使制度在运做中出现变形、不到位等问题。现主要从公务员系统的"多入口"问题;公务员系统的"出口"问题;公务员的考试录用问题以及公务员的考核问题等方面着手分析,并在此基础上对问题的改善和解决提出一些初步的设想。
the official system in China has been established initially as well as great achievement reached,however,some problems occured at the same time.These problems could be caused by system itself,also could be coming from system not fully applied during execution due to the political or economic limitation.Now,let's do the analysis which mainly focus on the problem of 'multi-entrance' and 'exit' of official system together with the exam/hire system.Based on this analysis,we can try to think about the improvement action and get the problem solved finally.
