摘要 通过对茶树下耐酸铝微生物的分离、筛选和鉴定,结果表明:①真菌的耐铝性比较好,而细菌和放线菌耐铝性较差;②高铝浓度对真菌菌落生长和产孢都有抑制作用。③A6和A8菌株耐铝性较好并可以把铝离子沉淀下来,经鉴定A6和A8菌株是烟曲霉和黑曲霉。 Aluminum-resistant micro organisms from the rhizospheric soil of tea plant is isolated、sifted and identified. The results showed: ①Aluminum-resistance of fungi is better than that of bacteria and actinomycetes. ②the fungus grow slow and produce less spores within high consistency of aluminum. ③A8 and A6 is Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus fumigatus which can tolerate higher aluminum-resistant .
