高职高专学报应服从于这一层次的办学使命,注重学术理论与实践性的结合,利用学校拥有的地域、行业及学科等方面的优势,努力培育特色,并以此与重点大学、普通本科院校形成优势互补、发挥其应有的作用。

The higher vocational education journal should obey to it's mission,pay great attention to the academic theory and the practical union,use the school's superiority such as region,profession superiority and discipline,diligently to cultivate it's characteristic,and by this to format the superiority supplementary with the key university,the ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities,plays its role.
