摘要 　　随着生活水平的提高,人们逐步认识到占人生旅程三分之一的睡眠,与衣、食、住、行一样,是生活不可缺少的一部分,睡眠的研究晚近已成为21世纪生命科学的一个新的生长点,成为新的消费热点.例如仅占我国人口五分之一的美国,现已登记注册的与睡眠有关的疾病80余种,睡眠实验室6 000余个,睡眠专科医院300余家.……
