摘要
目的通过药效学的拆方比较,筛选复方鲨鱼软骨素配方的最佳组合。方法采用动物移植型肿瘤S180和U14及EAC为实验模型进行抑瘤试验。对复鲨及其复鲨1、2、3、4号的不同组方进行抑瘤作用试验比较。结果复鲨高、中、低[5.0、2.5、1.25 g/(kg.d)]3个剂量范围对S180和U14的抑瘤率分别达87.3%、75.2%、68.2%和33.9%、34.8%、30.7%;对接种EAC小鼠的生命延长率为26.2%、30.7%、29.8%。复鲨1、2、3、4号样品对S180的抑瘤率除复鲨1号达39.9%和37.4%外,其余均<30%;对U14均无统计学意义;对EAC小鼠的生命延长率均不显著。结论复鲨对S180具有显著的抗肿瘤作用;对U14有一定的抑瘤效果;能显著延长EAC小鼠生命率。拆方后的复鲨1号对S180有一定的抑瘤效果;而2、3、4号样品在同等剂量下的抑瘤作用不明显。
Objective To determine the best effective compositions of complex shark cartilage.Methods The antitumor test was performed in the mice transplanted with Sarcoma S180,U14,and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC) respectively.The antitumor effects of complex shark cartilage,complex shark cartilage 1,complex shark cartilage 2,complex shark cartilage 3 and complex shark cartilage 4 were studied.Results The inhibition rate of complex shark cartilage at dose 5.0,2.5,1.25 g/(kg·d) against S180 was 87.3%,75.2%,68.2% and against U14 was 33.9%, 34.8%,30.7% respectively.Complex shark cartilage at dose 5.0,2.5 and 1.25 g/(kg·d) also prolonged the life span of EAC-bearing mice by 26.2%,30.7% and 29.8% respectively.The inhibition rates of complex shark cartilage 1,2,3 and 4 against the tumors were less than 30% with exception of complex shark cartilage 1 which inhibition rate against S180 at dose 5.0 and 2.5 g/(kg·d) was 39.9% and 37.4%,respectively.Conclusion Complex shark cartilage is a more effective antitumor agent than the complex shark cartilage 1,2,3 and 4.
