苦参合剂对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠细胞免疫应答影响的研究

The study of the effect of the mixture of radix sophorae flavescentis on cellular immunity in rats with Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia

目的探讨苦参合剂治疗对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法成年健康雌性SD大白鼠40只,随机分为苦参合剂组和对照组,每组20只。每鼠皮下注射醋酸可的松25 mg/次,2次/周,建立卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠模型。苦参组除按上述方法外,用苦参合剂3 ml/kg灌胃,2次/d。给药6周后,检测大鼠的脾T淋巴细胞植物血凝素(PHA)刺激转化率及用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清IL-2、INF-γ分泌水平。结果实验组上述三项指标均高于对照组。结论苦参合剂有增强患卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠细胞免疫的功能;可作为肾移植术后等患卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎病人治疗中的辅助用药。

Objective To Study the effect of the mixture of radix sophorae flavsecentis on cellular immunity in rats with Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia(PCP).Methods Forty adult healthy female SD rats were selected and randomly divided into experiment and control groups with 20 rats in each group.The model of PCP was set up by injection glucocorticoid(GC) subcutaneously to SD rats)25 mg GC/2 times/week).The mixture of radix sophorae flavescentis was given to stomaches with tube in the experiment group(3 ml/kg,2 times/day).Six weeks later,PHA-inducing T lympho-proliferation was detected.The levels of IL-2 and INF-γ of the rats serum were tested by ELISA. Results T lympho-proliferation,the levels of IL-2 and INF-γin the treatment group were all significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The mixture of radix sophorae flavecentis could enhance cellular immunity in rats with PCP;It could be used as associate drug in treatment of PCP after transplantation.
