核应急情况下稳定碘预防策略初探(一) 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨核应急情况下稳定碘预防准备和实施的策略。方法以国际核事故医学应急准备与响应的经验和教训为基础,参考世界卫生组织和国际原子能机构等的相关报告、建议和指南。结果提出了核应急情况下稳定碘预防的时机和持续时间、不同受照人群的用药剂量、干预水平、禁忌证、剂型和规格选择、储备与发放、实施程序等方面的基本要求或实用建议。结论本指南为计划和实施核应急情况下稳定碘预防这一重要的公共卫生行动提供了实用的技术依据。
