摘要 目的进行BD动脉血气针与普通塑料注射器抽取动脉血效果比较,寻求减轻患者穿刺时并发症和血液标本测量结果准确的方法。方法对60例患者同时行动脉血气针抽取动脉血与塑料注射器穿刺抽血方法进行比较,观察患者疼痛程度、一针穿刺成功率、抽取血液量、主要血气分析结果等。结果BD动脉血气针穿刺抽血减轻了患者疼痛程度,出血少,提高了一针穿刺成功率,二种穿刺血标本主要血气分析结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>005)。结论BD动脉血气针在有条件的医院可提倡使用。 ObjectiveTo compare the effects of BD Vacutainer and plastic syringe. on collection of arterial blood samples.MethodsSamples of arterial blood were taken from 60 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation, 38 males and 22 females, aged 30~77, by using BD Vacutainer with the needle containing sodium lithium heparin (BD Vacutainer group) and then were collected by using heparinized plastic syringe at least 10 min later (syringe group). A nurse was in charge in collecting both samples from the same patient. The pain intensity (PI), success rate of single puncture, amount of blood collected, and main results of blood gas analysis, were analyzed between these 2 methods.ResultsThe success rate of single puncture of the BD Vacutainer group was significantly higher than that of the syringe group (P=0.040), The PI for mild pain of the BD Vacutainer group was significantly higher than the syringe group (P =0.043), however, the PI for moderate and severe pain of the BD Vacutainer group was significantly lower than that of the group B (P =0.031). The bubble infiltration rate of the BD Vacutainer group was significantly lower than that of syringe group (P =0.04). The PaCO2 of the BD Vacutainer group was 40.9±2.5, significantly higher than that of the syringe group (38.5±2.7, P<0.001).There were no significant differences in pH and other main blood gas analysis between these 2 groups (all P>0.05).ConclusionSafe and causing less pain, application of BD Vacutainer is recommendable for arterial blood preparation.
