中国农村基层科普组织机构的现状及加强措施研究

Researches on Status and Enhancement of Rural Science and Technology Popularization Organizations at the Grass-roots Level in China

根据相关的调查数据,农村各级基层科普组织机构存在不足之处,为此,需要我们采取相应的措施:增强县科协的独立性、及时换届;在更多的乡镇设立具独立建制的科协;完善村一级科普小组;大力发展街道科协和企业科协;增加民办农技协、农函大的数量。

According to related survey data, there are some weaknesses in rural science and technology popularization organizations at the grass-roots level. Therefore, some measures should be taken to enhance the independence of associations for science and technology at county level and to re-elect the leading office at its expiration in time. Independent organizational system should be established in more towns and counties, science and technology popularization groups in villages should be perfected. In addition, we should develop associations for science and technology in street and in enterprise, increase the quantity of China Rural Special Technique Association (CRSTA) and Correspondence Technological University of Rural Prosperity.
