A Study of Benchmarks for Chinese Civil Science Literacy

对我国科学素质环境进行了分析,继而讨论了基准制定的定位、原则以及基准所应包含的内容;对可能的实施方案,以及该方案可能遇到的一些实际困难也进行了讨论,并说明公民科学素质基准的具体制定过程必须考虑到我国的现实国情。

This paper discusses the qualification and principles of benchmarks’content, and argues that in the process of establishing Chinese civil science literacy benchmarks, the national conditions must be considered.
