摘要
农村公路基础数据库的建立和应用,为农村公路的规划、建设、管理和养护提供了强有力的信息支撑。文章根据当前建设社会主义新农村的情况,提出了建立和充分应用农村公路基础数据库的必要性及相关的技术手段、措施及维护更新制度。
Establishment and application of fundamental database for rural roads will provide strong information support for planning,construction,management and maintenance of rural roads.The Paper,considering the current status of new socialism village development,proposes the necessity of establishing and fully applying the fundamental database for rural roads.Relevant technical mean,measure and maintenance & updating system have also been proposed.
