广西高管文化建设与发展面临的问题及对策

Problems Encountered in Cultural Construction and Development of Guangxi Expressway Administration and Their Countermeasures

文章针对高管文化建设面临的难题,提出以"三拓展",即以高管精神打造向核心作用拓展、先进典型树立向创建载体拓展、文化体系构建向管理实践拓展,破解高管文化构建"三难题"。

Aiming at the difficulties encountered in expressway administration culture construction,the paper proposes 'Three Expansions',that is,expanding from expressway administration spirit construction to nuclear function,expanding from advanced model establishment to carrier creation and expanding from cultural system building to management practice.By this way,the 'three difficulties' encountered in the construction of expressway administration culture will be resolved.
