《城市公共交通条例》从1992年开始酝酿,10多年来数易其稿。该《条例》将是我国首部规范城市公共交通的法规,也是相关法规体系的开端。

Managing Rules of Urban Bus Passenger Transport was proposed in 1992,and revised many times in the past ten years.The Ordinance is the first one to regulate urban public transport,as well as the beginning of related legislation implementation.
