On the Role of the Han Officials in the Early Construction of the Qing Regime

皇太极统治时期,汉官得到充分的任用,他们在清初的政权建设中发挥着重要的作用,是清政权建立必不可缺的因素之一。他们帮助皇太极加强君权,限制诸王的权力,健全统治机构,完善国家机器,树立皇太极的帝王心理。正是因为他们的努力才使得满族这个少数民族政权能够迅速地封建化,并且饮马黄河,问鼎中原。

In the emperor-Huangtaiji period,a large number of Han officials were appointed and played an important role in the early construction of the Qing regime as an indispensable factor.They helped Huangtaiji intensify his power,limit the vassals' power,improve the government institution and establish his emperor psychology.It is because of their efforts that the minority Man could accomplish the feudalization and unify China.
