提高高职院校优秀人才组织忠诚的基本策略 被引量:2

摘要 对学校组织忠诚度的缺乏是高职院校“三高”人才流失的一个重要原因。解决这一问题的基本策略是提高优秀人才对学校感情的依附度。高职院校要树立“能力本位”的用人导向,建立健全新型合理的人事分配制度,保护优秀人才的积极性、创造性,提高他们对学校教育事业发展目标的认同度、使命感和归属感。
