On Constructing the Efficient Listening Teaching System on the Basis of the Input and Output Theory

摘要 听说能力是英语交际能力的重要体现之一。本文在介绍语言输入输出理论和分析传统听力教学中存在不足的基础上,提出在教学中应重视输出的作用,听说结合,调动学生的学习积极性,建构高效的听力教学体系,以实现学生听力能力的可持续发展的观点。 Listening and speaking abilities are one of the most significant representatives of English communicative competence.This paper indicates the drawbacks of the traditional listening teaching methods,basing on presenting the Input Theory and the Output Hypothesis and investigating the 50 non-English majors.To construct the efficient listening teaching system,the author,therefore,points out that language teacher should value the role of output and integrate listening and speaking.
