大学生体育卫生意识及课余锻炼的调查研究

On Heightening the Physical Health Protection Consciousness of the Student in the University

根据课题研究的需要,经查阅文献资料及征询专家意见,设计出调查问卷,对辽东学院所属六个学院的2005级1756名学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明:有98%的学生认为自己在摆脱高考沉重的压力后迫切需要接受健康教育,提高保健意识,养成良好的体育卫生习惯,全面提高体育素质。

According to the research needs of the inspection documentation and consultation with experts,to design questionnaires to the province's five Higher Teachers College students conducted a total of 1756 questionnaires.The results showed : 98% of students consider themselves heavy pressure in the college entrance examination after emerging from the urgent need for health education,improve health awareness,promoting good health habits sports,and comprehensively improve the quality of sports.
