The Game Theory in Linguistics

博弈论是20世纪四五十年代在经济学领域中兴起的一门经济学科,它又是一门应用性很强的学科,其理论成果被广泛应用到政治、经济、军事、外交、语言等各个社会领域,有着广阔的发展前景。本文介绍了博弈论的名称由来、历史发展和应用前景,探讨了语言与博弈的渊源,指出了语言中普遍存在的博弈现象,以期更多的语言学研究者了解并发展语言博弈论。

The game theory is a new branch of economics appearing in the 40's or 50's of the 20th century.It is also an applied subject and its achievements are used widely for various social fields such as politics,economy,military,diplomatism,language,and so on.Therefore,it has a bright prospect.Here this thesis first introduces the origin of its name,its history,its prospect,then talks about the relations between linguistics and the game theory,finally explores the phenomena of the game theory in linguistics.It is my purpose to introduce this new theory to linguistics scholars,because it can help us to improve the competition ability of our Chinese in the world to apply this theory.
