诉讼时效的客体为请求权 ,请求权的形态必然会影响到诉讼时效形态 ,某些分期履行之债的请求权具有可分性 ,与之相对应。

The Object of limitation of actions is a right to claim. The form of right to claim inevitablely influences the form of limitation of actions. Some rights to claim installment debt can be separated. In corresponding to this, the limitation of actions should be calculated separately on the base of the independent installment debt.
