中国东中西部资本流动规模与资本效率关系的实证研究

The positive analysis of the relationship between the capital flows and capital efficiency in eastern, middle and western China

为了缩小西部地区与东部地区的经济差距,国家通西部大开发政策向西部注入了大量资金,但是投入到西部地区的资金又通过各种渠道重新流回东部地区。本文试图通过构建自回归分布滞后模型,分析了中国东中西部资本流动规模与资本效率的关系,并为解决我国西部大开发的资金问题,以及促进西部地区的经济发展提出了一些政策空间。

In order to reduce the economic gap between the west and the east, the government invests large funds to the west, but the funds flow back to the east again. That makes it more difficult to improve the economy growth of the west. By building a model of Auto-regressive Distributed Lag, the article analyzes the relationship between the capital flows and capital efficiency, and puts forward some proposals on improving the economic growth in the west.
