河北省农村剩余劳动力转移实证分析

Positive Research on the shift of surplus rural workers in He Bei province

本文对河北省农村剩余劳动力转移进行了实证分析。首先,对河北省农村剩余劳动力的数量进行了测算;其次,对河北省农村剩余劳动力的转移特征进行了计量阐释,并利用统计分析软件SAS对河北省境内11个地区的农村劳动力转移状况进行了聚类解析;最后,提出了河北省农村剩余劳动力转移的几点建议。

This paper analyzes the shift of surplus rural workers in He Bei province quantitatively. First the amount of surplus rural workers in He Bei province was calculated, then the characteristic of the shift of surplus rural workers in He Bei province was illuminated Positively. This paper also analyzes the shift of surplus rural workers of 11 cites in He Bei province via SAS Cluster analysis. Finally, policy analysis and policy suggestion on the shift of surplus rural workers was made based on the conclusion of evaluation and simulation.
