20世纪90年代在中国农村出现的合作经济组织是一种新兴的市场主体,有许多特殊的制度特征。本文主要研究农民合作经济组织的资本制度、资产经营管理、分配制度以及财产责任制度等财产制度的特点,在中国农村的现实表现,及其对农村经济问题的价值和意义。

Peasant cooperatives emerged in our rural areas in nineties are a new individual role in market,having some principles which are very special.The thesis mainly discusses some property principles of our peasant cooperatives,including capital system,assets management and administration,distribution system,property liability,especially realistic appearance in our rural areas,and in the end,analyses the value and the significance for our rural economy.
