中国加入WTO五年后,中国银行业及整个金融业将进入全面以外开放时期。对此,中国商业银行必须进一步持续改革和创新:一是建立真正的法人治理结构,完善内部管理机制;二是在业务与管理方面的创新重点包括大力发展中间业务和大力拓展个人金融业务;三是建立健全风险防范体制;四是鼓励和支持中国商业银行参与国际金融市场的竞争,以此全面加快中国金融国际化的步伐。

After five years of China's entry into WTO,China's banks and finance will be open to the outside world.China's commercial banks must continue their reform and innovation.First,to establish the structure of true management had by bank leaders and perfect the inner mechanism of management;second,to develop the intermediate business widely and personal finance;third,to build the system of preventing risks;fourth,to encourage and support China's banks to compete in the international market of finance to speed up the pace of China's finance into the world.
