提升外商直接投资对中国的技术溢出效应

Promote the Effects on FDI Technology Spillover in Our Country

改革开放以来,中国的外商直接投资(FDI)发展迅速。作为国际技术外溢的主要渠道之一,外商直接投资是实现当代中国技术进步的重要途径。本文在分析外商直接投资技术外溢效应的基础上,论述了中国在利用外商直接投资中存在的问题,分析了造成负面影响的原因,并提出了相应建议。

Foreign Direct Investment has been developed rapidly with the opening-up policy in China.Foreign Direct Investment,one of the main channels of international technology spillovers,is an important way to advance China's technology.This paper introduces FDI technological spillover,treats the problems on technology innovation in our country,analyzes the reason for the negative effects and then put forwards the suggestion.
