Analysis on Effects,Causes,and Solutions of Excess Liquidity

当前,流动性过剩仍然是中国经济运行中的突出问题。通过对中国宏观经济运行现状的分析可知,投资驱动型国家发展战略及要素定价的人为干预所造成的经济结构性失衡是当前流动性过剩问题的根源。为了有效解决上述问题,应当采取优化信贷结构、推动要素和资源型产品价格市场化、刺激消费、调整外贸及引进外资等相关政策措施。

At present,the issue of excess liquidity is still a prominent issue in China's economic operation.In this paper,the current situation of China's economic operation is studied and it is revealed that excess liquidity stems from economic structural disequilibrium,which is caused by investment-driven national development strategy and government interference on pricing on factors of production.Based on this analysis,it is proposed that we should optimize the credit structure,promote the process of market-oriented pricing on resources and factors of production,promote domestic consumption and adjust relevant policies on foreign trade and introduction of foreign capital.
