河北省农村实用人才教育培训的现状、问题与对策

The Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of Training Practical laborers in Rural Areas of Hebei Province

建设社会主义新农村需要强大的智力支持和人才保障。河北是农业大省,农村人力资源丰富,但整体素质低,实用人才数量不足。重视并加强农村实用人才教育培训,把人力资源变成人力资本,是推动农村经济发展的有效途径。本文分析了河北农村实用人才教育培训的现状及存在的问题,提出了加强农村教育培训,开发农村实用人才的对策。

Building new-typed rural areas of socialism needs the support of the wise and human resources.Hebei is a big province of agriculture with rich human resources in rural areas,but the whole quality is relatively low and practical laborers are few.Valuing and strengthening the training of practical laborers and changing human resources into human capital are effective ways of promoting the development of rural economy.This paper analyses the status quo,problems in the field of training practical laborers and puts forward some countermeasures.
