所有制和产权制度是既有联系又有区别的辩证统一关系。将二者割裂开来、对立起来,独立使用任何一种理论指导实践都是不可取的。应该把二者融合起来,形成一种新的所有制理论体系,以指导中国经济改革和市场经济运行。正确认识二者关系,有利于理论的创新和实践的发展。

The ownership and the property right system are dialectical unified relation having interrelation and difference.Cutting apart them,countering against them,or being independent using any one of them to guide open the practice are not advisable.We ought to fuse them to form one kind of new ownership theory system,and to guide the Chinese economic reform and market economy to work.It is beneficial to know their relations exactly for theoretical innovation and practice development.
