摘要
现代社会的领导测评已经成为核心人力资源开发的重要方式和手段 ,运用层次分析法 (AHP)和数据包络分析方法 (DEA)来测算行为素质的综合进步率 ,将会提高领导者行为素质测评的全局性、科学性、发展性和有效性。领导者的行为素质一般可以分为思想素质、知识素质、能力素质。
In modern society the measurement and evaluation of leader is an important way of exploiting the core human resource. It can improve the performance of overall importance and scientifically measure and evaluate the composite progress rate of action quality by the method of Data Envelopment Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process. Leader behavioral quality usually comsists of political quality, knowledge quality, capability quality, psychological quality and phsical quality, etc.
