摘要
由于服务有不同于有形产品的诸多特性 ,因此 ,要成功开发新服务就必须要了解这些特性对新服务开发的影响。通过分析服务的无形性、异质性、同步性对新服务开发的要求 ,并在比较分析了新产品和新服务开发过程差异的基础上 。
For the amount of service attributes which disinguish from goods, one must understand it for the success of new service development. The paper gives an analysis on the service attributes such as intangibility, heterogeneity, simultaneity, and how they affect the new service development. With an comparative analysis between new products development process and new service developoment process. the paper vaises three questions that must be seriously considered in the new seervice development based for these service attributes.
