摘要
加入WTO之后 ,中国房地产金融业充满机遇与挑战 ,为更好的抓住机遇 ,迎接西方强手的挑战 ,要以最有代表性的美国房地产金融业为例 ,从金融主体、机构运作以及政府职能等方面 ,与中国房地产金融业进行对比分析 。
After joining the WTO, Chinese real estate financial enterprises are confronted with both opportunities and challenges. This paper samples some Chinese and American real estate financial enterprises to analyze the financial main bodies, operation of the financial institution and governmental function of the two countries, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
