摘要
文章在回顾国内外相关研究的基础上,分析了在渠道权力调节下知识共享活动对渠道关系的影响,构建了相应的理论模型,并以电信行业企业为样本进行了实证检验。实证研究表明,在不同的渠道权力构成调节下,知识共享对渠道关系的影响表现出了明显的差异。
Knowledge sharing,the key point in knowledge management,becomes an important research issue because of its great influence on the competitive power of enterprises.Based on the review of relevant researches in the field of knowledge sharing and marketing channels,this study analyzed the role of channel power in the relation between knowledge sharing and channel relationship and developed a theoretical model.The result indicates that knowledge sharing has a significant and mediated effect on distributors' satisfaction and trust under different structures of channel power.
