摘要
文章运用数据包络分析方法(Data Envelopment Analysis,简称DEA)的C2R模型,对某市国资委监管的37家国有企业的运行效率进行分析,并利用Eviews软件建立国有企业的运行效率与主营业务收入、主营业务税金及附加、平均从业人员人数、流动资产周转率的关系模型,从而提出提高国有企业效率的措施。
Using the C2R model of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA),we analyzed the operation efficiency of 37 state-owned enterprises supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC),and established a relation model of the operation efficiency of state-owned enterprises and the main business income,the tax and associate charge,the average number of working staff and current assets turnover.Based on the analysis several measures to improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises are proposed.
