区域经济发展与地方财政关系实证分析:以辽宁省为例

The relation between regional economy growth and local fiscal expenditure: A case study of Liaoning Province

文章针对辽宁省区域发展不协调的现状,结合区域经济学与公共财政学理论,从省市两级财政分析辽宁省区域发展与地方财政之间的关系,将金融环境和对外开放度纳入内生增长模型中,采用面板数据,分析两者之间的短期及长期的关联性,为辽宁省地方政府选择适合的区域财政支出结构提供理论依据。

The paper analyses the relation between regional economy and local fiscal expenditure at provincial and municipal levels using panel data and combining the regional economics with public fiscal theory according to the regional disparity in Liaoning Province.In particular,two explanatory variables,the environment of finance service and degree of economic openness are construed in the endogenous growth model.The effect of short-term and long-term relation between regional economy growth and local fiscal expenditure is examined.The research has presented theoretical evidence for the local governments to make right choice of fiscal expenditure structure.
