摘要
农村家庭承包经营解决了中国温饱问题 ,然而在推进农业市场化改革中 ,农户的小生产如何与千变万化的大市场有效衔接 ,一直是束缚农业市场化改革的关键所在。要解决这一问题 ,关键是完善农村市场主体 ,在农村家庭承包经营基础上 ,大力发展农民专业合作经济组织。从实践发展看 ,农民专业合作经济组织将是我国农村家庭承包经营体制的继承与创新 ,是新的农村市场主体。
