论以基础知识为根并以技能为果的培养模式——以电子商务专业现状为例

Discussion on the Training Mode with Foundation Rooted and Skill Acquired-Taking Electronic Business for Example

依据我国高等教育的发展规划以及多年的教学经验,结合新型工业化发展对具有知识充实的应用型人才需求的情况,提出对应用型信息化人才培养"以基础知识为根并以技术能力为果"的理念。该根与果关系理念的核心是以社会需求和就业为导向,从信息专业的学生应具备创新意识和适应社会能力的角度出发加以论述,力图说明当今社会经济发展对信息人才的需求,为当前与未来社会对信息技术人才的培养寻找新路子。同时,以各类信息专业现存的典型培养模式和电子商务专业教学中的案例为证据,讨论了理念的重要性。

This paper puts forward an idea' Foundation Rooted and Skill Acquired'for the applied informationalization talent training on the basis of our country’s development plan,years of teaching experience,and the requirements for practical talents with rich knowl-edge in the new industrialization development.The core of this idea is to encourage an orientation of social requirements and employ-ment.From the angle of students’innovation awareness and sociability,this paper also tries to explain the requirements for information technology talent resulting from social rapid economic development and explores a newway to cultivate talent for present and future so-ciety.Meanwhile,with the evidences of existing typical training modes and case study of Electronic Business teaching,this paper dis-cusses the importance of such idea.
