Discussion on Ideological and Political Education Mode at Different Stages During the Process of Combining Study with Work

要解决当前高职教育工学结合培养模式存在的问题,就要加强和改进工学结合过程中学生的思想教育工作,并使之为工学结合服务。在充分认识工学结合培养模式的价值取向和目前存在主要问题的基础上,针对在工学结合培养过程中推行不同阶段的思想政治教育,突出思想政治教育的"阶段性"和"针对性",为工学结合的顺利进行提供有力的思想保障。

To resolve the existing problems in the current combination of higher vocational education training model,we must strengthen and improve students’ideological education in this process,so that the combination of study and work can benefit from it.In the full awareness of the value orientation and the existing main problems in the training model of combining study and work,ideological and political education can be carried out in different stages in the combining process.Then,such characteristics as 'interim'and'targeted'in the ideological and political education can be highlighted to ensure a powerful ideological guarantee for a smooth combination of study and work.
