The employment of college students is the focus and hotspot of attention of the whole society and the key to this issue is enhancing their employability.This paper analyzes the existing problems of undergraduates' employability and the reasons from three angles of undergraduates,colleges and universities,and governments.Also,it puts forward countermeasures.
