The trends of student apartment which being a community and colleges which being away from the downtown of City become obvious with the development of socialization of logistics service and scaled higher education park.Political counselor's presence in student apartment has become the main way of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,but,the actuality of political counselor ranks and the special requirements of the work challenge them in aspect of their own development.
