城乡客运一体化是解决"三农"问题,加快农村城镇化步伐,扩大城市规模的重要措施,但目前由于存在体制、法规及管理理念等一系列问题,很多地方难以实现城乡客运一体化。文章从政策、体制、运营、监管等方面,对如何破解城乡客运一体化的瓶颈问题进行探讨。
