摘要
文章分析了环北部湾区域拆船行业的发展前景及船舶拆解带来的安全、健康和污染问题,对拆船行业的建设、实施和相关部门如何履行职责提出了相关的建议。
This paper introduce the development of ship recycling industry around Beibu Gulf in Guangxi,china,discuss the advantages and disadvantages of ship recycling,and analysis safety,health and environment problems of ship recycling.Some reasonable measures will be recommended to develop the ship recycling industry and implement the actions of the governments.
