摘要
高速公路工程质量、投资、进度三大控制是工程管理的主要目标,文章运用工程项目全面管理的系统方法,分析了高速公路三大控制中存在的问题,提出了解决思路和建议,可供相关工程管理借鉴。
The control of quality,investment and progress of Highway construction is the main goal of construction management.By implementing the system method of total management,the article analysises the problem exists during the three main controls,and that bring forward the idea and suggestion which provides reference for related construction management.
