摘要
通过<庭院深深>与<简·爱>两个文本的对读以及简·爱和含烟两个人物形象的比较,具体地阐释了中西方不同的文化背景和价值观念以及由此形成的不同的爱情观和婚姻观,以期深入透彻地理解和把握中西文化的不同,更好地促进中西文化的交流.
Through the comparison of the characteristics between the two heroines in'Profound Courtyard'and'Jane Eyre',this paper analyzed the different value systems and different understand- ings of love and marriage between the Chinese and Westerners,so as to promote mutual understanding and communication.
