室温快速固化医用聚氨酯反应过程的凝胶色谱跟踪分析

摘要 以三乙醇胺、乙二胺为扩链剂,采用预聚体法制备室温快速固化医用聚氨酯材料,用凝胶渗透色谱研究了这种新型扩链剂与预聚体反应过程中分子量的变化情况,并将其与常用的扩链剂MOCA(3,3 二氯 4,4 二氨基二苯甲烷)与预聚体的反应作对比.结果显示:在室温条件下,新配方扩链体系与预聚体反应时的数均分子量远大于MOCA扩链体系;其反应物的初期粘度远比MOCA扩链体系的要小. A new type expander for biomedical polyurethane was synthesized based on tri-ethanolamine and ethylenediamine, by which the polyurethane can be solidified at room temperature. Molecular change of the oligomers cross-linked by the expander was studied via GPC and compared with that of the oligomers by 3 , 3-dichloro-4, 4-diamine-diphenalymathane (MOCA). The results show that the number-average molecular weight was much larger using the expander, which leads to a much lower initial viscosity as compared to the utilization of MOCA.
