传统师范教育存在重理论知识的传授,轻教学能力培养的问题,因此,师范院校应明确办学目标,调整课程设置,改革教学模式,完善实习制度。从而切实提高师范生从教前的教学能力,缩短他们从教后的适应期。

Traditional teachers' education pays more attention to imparting teaching theory to students,but pays less attention to imparting teaching ability to students.So the students have to adjust themselves to getting their teaching work for 3-5 years.They could not be qualified for the work quick- ly.Therefore,how to heighten their teaching ability and shorten their practical adapting period needs our attention and research.
