申报湖南省“十五”重点学科基本数据的统计分析

A Statistical Analysis on the Basic Data of "the Tenth Five-Year Plan" Key Disciplines in Hunan Province

采用统计学方法分析了湖南省中南大学、国防科大、湖南大学和湖南师范大学等11所高校申报的具有博、硕士学位授予权的150个"十五"重点学科的学术队伍结构、各学科的科研经费情况及论文和专著的发表情况.结果表明:中南大学、国防科大、湖南大学和湖南师范大学4所"211工程"重点建设大学的各项统计指标均优于其他省属院校.这与人才、经费和成果密切相关.

Analyzing the academic echelons, research funds subsidizing and articles and books publication situations of the 150 'the Tenth Five-Year Plan' key disciplines which are entitled to award masters' or doctors' degree in 11 colleges and universities in Hunan Province such as Central South University, Science and Technology University of National Defense, Hunan University, Hunan Normal University and so on by taking statistical method, this paper shows that all the statisticalitems in the four '211 Project' universities(among which three are ministry-owned and one is province-owned) are superior to those of the other province-owned colleges and universities, which is closely related to the research talents, funds and achievements.
