摘要
根据烧结风机的工况特点及制造特点,对复合耐磨钢板做风机叶轮叶片时的制造工艺关键点作了介绍,通过对复合耐磨钢板的可弯曲性能、连接方式、可焊接性、冲蚀磨损性等的研究解决了生产工艺中的关键。
According to the operation and manufacturing characteristics of sintering fan, this paper introduces the key points in manufacturing technology for the composite wear-resistant steel plate used as blades of impeller. The key points in manufacturing technology are solved based on the research on bending performance, connection means, welding and erosion wear of composite wear-resistant steel plate.
