摘要
叙述了一个离心压缩机大流量系数模型级叶轮外径切削的研究结果,首先对外径切割后作CFD计算比较,然后做模型级的切削试验。通过试验不仅对CFD计算结果得到了验证,同时切削后得到了与母型级性能相近的良好性能的派生级。
This paper described the result of experimental study on outer diameter cutting of model stage impeller with large flow coefficient of centrifugal compressors. First,the performance of stage after outer diameter cutting is analyzed through CFD. Secondly, the cutting test for model stage is carried out. The CFD calculation result is verified through the test. And derivational stages are obtained after cutting of proto-stage,and have good performance closed to the latter.
